Most energy drinks out there add synthetic caffeine to the mix when it comes to providing energy. This source of energy can cause a counter effect, often referred to as a “crash.” As a 100% natural energy drink, we feel it is appropriate for us to explain where our naturally occurring caffeine comes from.

To produce the 100 mg of natural caffeine required for a can of Guru, we perform a botanical infusion of green tea. Other natural ingredients such as ginseng, the guarana and the echinacea are brewed and added to the mix.
