5. Make mason jar salads
These make salads both fun and functional! Fill the bottom of the jar with a simple, vinegar-based dressing, top with healthy ingredients like chicken breast or chickpeas, chopped veggies, apples, nuts and seeds and plenty of greens at the top. When you are ready to eat, just shake the jar and tip into a bowl. How easy is that?
6. Get a massive water bottle
As a general rule, it’s recommended to consume eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day. Instead of getting caught up with counting glasses, invest in a 64-oz water bottle and carry it around with you.
